Bruce & Dona Peterson
FoundersDona and her husband Bruce Peterson started in the business in 1951. Bruce worked in all aspects of the business, but was passionate about meat. This concern for quality and freshness is a core part of Petersons legacy. During the early years Dona worked long hours without ever drawing a paycheck from the business. Her influence can be seen today through her involvement as an active director of the board and owner. Their concern for team members and guests shows in the culture and traditions of the Peterson family. |

Monte PetersonOwnerMonte is the store manager and co-owner of Peterson's Market. He has worked in the family business from a young age, learning the business from his parents. Monte is a fourth generation meat cutter, although the majority of his time is now spent in a supervisory role. Monte is also the Chariman of the Board of Directors for Associated Food Stores. |

Jan HorrocksOwnerJan is co-owner of Peterson's market. She works in administration and accounting aspects of the business. She also oversees the Floral and Customer Service area. Jan enjoys restoring antique furniture and home décor items. |

Dennis Eyre
Produce ManagerDennis began his produce career in 1970. He has worked with Peterson's since 2000. Dennis is married with 4 children. He is an avid BYU and Jazz fan. |

Dave Webb
Center Store ManagerDave started working in the grocery business when he was 15 years old. He has worked with Albertson's, Mr. J's, and Bob-Co before starting with Peterson's in 1981. |

Dianna Frederickson
Customer Service ManagerDianna has worked with Peterson's since 2007. Her previous employment includes working as a Utah State Bowhunter Education Instructor and quartermaster for the National Bowhunter Education Foundation. Dianna enjoys fishing and spending time with her 5 children. |

Ellen Whall
Deli ManagerEllen started working with Peterson's in 2006. She has been the Deli department manager since 2008. She is famous for her White Meat Chicken Rolls. Her hobbies include camping, fishing, and reading. |

Greg Jacobsen
Meat ManagerGreg began working with Peterson's in 1986. He is a talented craftsman, both in his trade as a butcher and his leatherworking hobby. Greg is an avid outdoorsman and family man. He spends much of his time supporting the High School Rodeo interests of his children. |

April Somers
Bakery ManagerApril has worked with Peterson's since 1997. She has introduced several unique and delicious cookie recipies as her signature items. In her free time, April enjoys waterskiing at Bear Lake. |

Doug Lamb
Dairy ManagerDoug has worked with Peterson's since 2008, he oversees the operations of the Dairy department, and also works in other areas as needed. His hobbies include reading, watching movies, and four wheelers. |

Lannie Shimada
GM ManagerLannie has worked with Peterson's Market as the GM manager since 1993.In his free time, Lannie enjoys fishing, trivia games, and sushi. |

Scott Anderson
Frozen ManagerScott began as a courtesy-clerk in 2003. Since that time he has also worked in the Dariy and Frozen Departments. He took over the position of Frozen Manager in January of 2009. Scott is a student at Salt Lake Community College. |
